Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO):

About the Role

Agyany Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to support the leadership team in clinical development, regulatory strategy, global collaborations and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, an interest in cutting-edge neurological drug development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
•⁠  ⁠Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CMO in daily activities and strategic initiatives.
•⁠  ⁠Assist in the coordination of clinical development programs, including interactions with clinical sites, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
•⁠  ⁠Manage the CMO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and correspondence with global partners, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory bodies, and investors.
•⁠  ⁠Support the preparation of scientific and regulatory documents for clinical trials.
•⁠  ⁠Assist in the organization of conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and business development.
• Ensure efficient communication between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Skills
•⁠  ⁠Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Hebrew or additional languages are an advantage.
•⁠  ⁠Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is preferred.
•⁠  ⁠Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
•⁠  ⁠Willingness to travel internationally for meetings, conferences, and clinical trial oversight.
•⁠  ⁠A background in biomedical sciences, business administration, or healthcare is an advantage.
